Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and also access a wide range of payment services.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for crypto trading solutions, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive offerings in the cryptocurrency space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly trading interfaces that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all trading products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product management within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a range of stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
