Achieving sustainability goals is a central concern for CERATIZIT. Within Product Management, we focus on developing sustainable product strategies, defining and implementing sustainability goals for our entire product portfolio.
Your tasksAligning product development with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability goals and tracking sustainability KPIs.
Analysing the environmental impact of a product from design to disposal and promoting circular economy principles like reuse, recycling, and remanufacturing.
Collaborating with R&D, senior product management, and marketing teams to integrate sustainability into product decisions, and developing training and educational measures to support sales and increase overall knowledge.
Research and propose eco-friendly materials and technologies (e.g. packaging, transportation) and encourage innovation in packaging, energy efficiency, and waste reduction.
Communicate sustainability efforts to customers and internal teams.
Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. environmental sciences, engineering, business administration) or comparable degree.
Several years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on sustainability and circular economy.
Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with sustainability metrics and tools.
Practical experience in developing and implementing product strategies and strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and competition trends.
Very good English skills and willingness to travel frequently.
