Product Management:
- Maximize product value through quality delivery, advocacy, training, and gap resolution.
- Own the product life cycle and its investment.
- Facilitate powerful conversations with stakeholders at all levels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams of experts to deliver solutions that drive revenue, lower costs, increase speed to market, and ability to innovate.
- Proactively evaluate how tools, technologies, and solutions meet needs by being immersed in user experiences.
- Actively manage the backlog by partnering with other product managers to limit dependencies.
- Create and execute a product roadmap strategy that is aligned across brands and functions (upgrades, customizations, feature rollouts)
- Use evidence-based management and change management metrics to continuously assess alignment and impact.
- Specialize in value stream expertise.
Strategic Relationship Management:
- Develop relationships with the functional areas that foster partnership with the business functions and provides leadership in the effective application of technology
- Translate functional strategy into system, financial, and operational objectives
- Ensure ongoing alignment between strategic priorities
Business Alignment, Analysis, and Support:
- Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and evaluate solutions to support business objectives
- Understand implications of system changes by understanding systems and modules utilized
- Resolve complex or unusual business problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Lead a high-performing team of individuals
Technical Innovation:
- Keep up to date on the technology roadmap, implications, and applicability to organization
- Utilize cross functional development team (internal and external) when needed
Change Management:
- Provide technical and functional leadership in issue resolution
- Ensure integrity of system changes by enforcing appropriate test procedures
- Participate in Change Management Board coordinating and communicating all changes
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business or related field required or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing or leading product development preferred
- 5+ years of experience product management and/or product leadership
- 5+ years implementing and supporting product lifecycles and value streams
- Knowledge of Supply Chain systems and processes required, including planning and allocation processes
- Experience leading application development staff with Agile methods preferred
- Experienced in the creation of technology roadmap and strategy for a specific business function(s)
- Experience with application development technologies and methodologies

Base Pay Range:
$104,300.00 - $156,500.00Vera Bradley’s compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local, state and federal regulations. Individual pay within the listed range depends on work location, skills, experience, and relevant education. The posted salary reflects base pay only and excludes bonuses, equity, or other incentives, if applicable.
