About OnePay

OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.

Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.

We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.

We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.

But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:

  • Ready to run

  • Hungry and driven by urgency

  • Exceptional at what they do, with low ego

  • Comfortable operating in motion

The Role

OnePay is launching a subscription product designed to help customers maximize their money across our suite of products. As the Product Manager for this new initiative, you’ll own the day-to-day development of the core experience and help scale it from zero to one - from initial launch through sustained growth and market traction.

  • Own the front-end user experience: signup, account setup, ongoing management

  • Build and iterate on subscription management, engagement, and retention mechanics

  • Work with engineering to make informed product decisions and ensure their execution

  • Drive toward key build and testing milestones ahead of external launch, then shift into post-launch optimization: conversion tuning, segment targeting, expansion to new acquisition channels

  • Partner on go-to-market strategy: conversion, retention, and growth

  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Customer Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to launch experiences that are clear, compliant, and operationally scalable

  • Drive key development, testing, and operational-readiness milestones ahead of launch

You Bring

  • 3-7 years of product management experience, ideally building consumer-facing products

  • Direct experience on a subscription product: acquisition, retention, and engagement mechanics

  • A background in fintech/finance products at scale

  • Track record of shipping autonomously at a startup or smaller-scale company

  • Strong product judgment and the ability to balance customer experience, business impact, regulatory requirements, and technical complexity

  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor

  • A high degree of ownership, initiative, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1

  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth

  • A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
