We are searching for the best talent for Product Manager Software & Hardware to be based in UK or Netherlands.
Your responsibilities:
Portfolio strategy. Define and own the regional commercial strategy for the Hardware & Software portfolio: positioning, segmentation, pricing inputs, and lifecycle management.
Launch leadership. Lead regional launches of new hardware, software, and digital products end-to-end (forecasting, readiness, country deployment, post-launch tracking).
Sales and field enablement. Develop sales materials, value propositions, and customer-facing content; ensure consistent messaging across countries and channels.
Country support. Partner with countries to identify needs, opportunities, and barriers in the H&S portfolio; support local commercial execution.
Performance tracking. Monitor sales and adoption data, propose corrective and growth actions, and provide structured updates to senior leadership.
Business development input. Support technical, commercial, and financial evaluation of new business and partnership opportunities relevant to the H&S portfolio.
Industry presence. Represent the H&S portfolio at relevant industry meetings, congresses, and customer engagements.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in marketing, product management, or commercial roles, preferably in MedTech, electrophysiology, capital equipment, or healthcare digital/software products.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (engineering, life sciences, business administration, or marketing preferred).
Strategic thinking: Translates portfolio strategy into structured execution plans across multiple countries.
