- Lead end-to-end ownership of AI-driven journey and product rollouts for Wholesale Banking, from concept to execution
- Translate business needs across RM, Credit, and Operations into well-defined product requirements
- Drive digitization across key journeys including onboarding, credit processing, and client servicing
- Collaborate closely with AI, technology, and transformation partners to deliver scalable solutions
- Monitor and drive adoption, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact
