Help Shape the Future of Services in APAC
We are looking for a customer-focused Product Manager Services APAC to support the development and growth of our service portfolio across the Asia Pacific region.
Working closely with colleagues, customers, and regional and global teams, you will help ensure our service offerings create value for customers, address market needs, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the APAC service portfolio to maximize growth and profitability, monitor portfolio performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute with service deliverables during new product development projects to ensure full capture of service opportunities during the product lifecycle.
- Conduct customer interviews and engage with customers to understand pain points, needs, and emerging trends, translating insights into new service concepts and portfolio enhancements.
- Develop value propositions, commercialization plans and go-to-market strategies for new service offerings.
- Contribute with regional perspectives on new service innovations within digital services, uptime and energy optimization offering
- Drive launch and adoption of new services within the APAC region through collaboration with sales, service operation, engineering and marketing teams across the region.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Product Management, Service Product Management, Service Operations, Portfolio Management, or a related field.
- Strong commercial understanding and customer focus.
- Experience working across cultures and countries within APAC.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate customer and market insights into practical actions.
- Fluent in English.
Experience in industrial technology, HVAC, building solutions, automation, energy, or related industries is considered an advantage.
