  • Serve as the dedicated PM for Alkami’s SDK engineering team, ensuring effective sprint execution, backlog grooming, and unblocking across geographies and time zones.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, implementation, and partner-facing teams to support launch readiness, adoption, and effective communication of extensibility capabilities.

  • Help define and monitor KPIs for SDK success, including measures tied to onboarding friction, self-service success, support reduction, adoption, and delivery efficiency.

  • Stay current on developer platform trends, fintech extensibility patterns, low-code tooling, AI-assisted development, and competitive offerings to help Alkami remain an innovation multiplier for its customers and partners.

Recommended Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
