700Apps is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager - Scrum Master to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while also ensuring the implementation of Agile methodologies to foster efficient and effective product delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for collaboration between cross-functional teams, helping to drive the product forward from conception through launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Act as the Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements while maintaining quality standards.
- Work closely with development teams to provide clarity on requirements, resolve issues, and drive the team toward success.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to inform ongoing development and enhancement.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Continuously assess and improve product management processes and team performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management and as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Proven track record of successful product delivery and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
