GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Product Manager will lead all aspects of product strategy, development, pricing, distribution, and marketing for new and existing products. This role will have direct ownership over the following consumer deposit products:

• Savings (Momentum Savings & Relationship Money Market)
• Certificate of Deposit (CD)
• Individual Retirement Account (IRA)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ongoing production monitoring and portfolio management
• Continued evaluation of industry trends and competitive landscape
• Partnership with decision sciences on design of experiments (DOE)
• Product pricing analysis, recommendations, and execution
• Frequent communication with, and presentation to, executive leadership
• Collaboration with marketing for campaigns and tactic prioritization
• Creation, management, and execution of strategic product roadmap

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree – preferably in business related field.
• 3+ years of product management (or relevant) experience – preferably in financial services.
• Strategic thinker – know how to define a target, the path, and value if achieved.
• Polished communication – ability to manage a room, convey a concise message, and influence.
• Analytical skills – comfortable working with data to frame and solve problems.
• Project management – attention to detail, can prioritize and collaborate to drive execution.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• May supervise and/or lead and direct work of more junior team members.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• In-person role.
• Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
• Extended viewing of CRT screen.
