Your daily pitch
At Tipico, we play to win, and as a Product Manager - Salesforce (m/f/x) you ensure that our Service Cloud platform is a high-performance solution for our teams. Think of yourself as the tactical mastermind, working closely with the Product Lead and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, automation, and innovation—just like a top coach shaping a championship-winning squad.
Your playing field
- Develop and execute the roadmap of our Service Cloud platform.
- Define operational objectives and leverage Salesforce's native capabilities to deliver a high-performing solution and automation.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Lead and Business to enhance the platform and improve productivity, customer experience and streamline service operations.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes through effective prioritization, planning and execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of our Salesforce platform, working closely with internal and external technical teams.
- Define feature requirements and guide the efforts of the team in an agile environment.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure the deliverables meet product requirements.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
- Experience. You are an experienced Product Manager and you have worked hands-on with Salesforce Service Cloud in iGaming or a similar regulated industry. Certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder or similar score you extra points.
- Technical Background. You have a strong understanding of Service Cloud architecture, automation capabilities and third-party integrations.
- Innovation. You have a solid understanding of agentic AI solutions and their practical applications in driving customer service excellence.
- Communication. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written, have a structured approach and can communicate clearly and in an efficient way with different stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Analytical Mind. You think strategically and analyse problems to find the best solutions while still taking a creative approach.
