As Product Manager – Sage (ANZ), you’ll lead the regional marketing strategy for a portfolio designed to help reduce hospital‑acquired conditions such as pressure injuries, infections, and caregiver injuries.
You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and engage directly with healthcare professionals to drive product launches, market adoption, and sustainable growth across Australia and New Zealand.
What You Will Do- Lead regional marketing initiatives by executing and reporting on the annual marketing plan to drive growth across Sage’s prevention‑focused portfolio
- Develop and deliver integrated campaigns that support adoption of solutions across pressure injury prevention, infection prevention, and safe patient handling
- Analyze sales, market, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into measurable actions
- Manage trade shows, educational events, marketing literature, and digital learning tools to increase clinical engagement
- Conduct structured market research and gather healthcare professional insights to inform segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies
- Plan and execute sales training programs, product launch activities, and education roadmaps to support field performance
- Create and deploy sales tools and customer engagement programs that demonstrate clinical, operational, and economic value
- Manage the marketing budget in alignment with strategic priorities and provide field support alongside sales teams when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of professional work experience
- Experience in marketing, product management, or commercial roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Experience supporting sales teams across ANZ markets
