This position is 100% remote and could be located at any State in USA.

Press Ganey Safety Solutions support healthcare team (a) workflows from care teams to service team leaders and administrative teams for safety, experience, HR, medical staff, quality, executives, and others, (b) analytics to determine trends and patterns for improvement, (c) compliance and regulatory requirements, and (d) artificial intelligence  to optimize the effectiveness of healthcare services.

As a Product Manager, you’ll be working directly with the Safety team, with a particular focus on developing and growing products/solutions that are primarily focused on the healthcare safety and reliability market. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and bring to market our products. Press Ganey Safety Solutions support healthcare team (a) workflows from care teams to service team leaders and administrative teams for safety, experience, HR, medical staff, quality, executives, and others, (b) analytics to determine trends and patterns for improvement, (c) compliance and regulatory requirements, and (d) artificial intelligence  to optimize the effectiveness of healthcare services. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about understanding our users and customers, and who loves creating amazing products so that our clients can be empowered to deliver the best experiences to their customers with insights that drive innovation and action.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the growth and sales of products that support
  • Gain a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and client experiences.
  • Develop, document, and maintain product strategy by analyzing product performance, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve client experience, and drive growth.
  • Generate product consensus with key stakeholders through product demos and presentations, and act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding. Be the central point of communication around your product.
  • Translate product strategy into the product roadmap containing new product development, as well as product enhancements & refinements. Design, scope, and prioritize requirements based on business and client impact, and create product specifications for engineering.
  • Provide cross-functional project management oversight for product development initiatives, including pilot projects, product enhancements, and new product development.

  • Clients to solicit feedback on products and services, and to better understand their problems and pain points.
  • The design team to make sure that user experience is integrated from day one for accessible products which are attractive, intuitive, and efficient.
  • The Engineering team to ensure the product is brought to market according to business requirements and client expectations.
  • The marketing and sales teams to develop positioning and promotional plans that are aligned with product strategy.
  • The client services teams to respond to requests and questions, plus assisting in ROI reporting to the clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of SaaS product management experience, ideally in healthcare.
  • Superior project, time, and organizational management skills with the ability to adapt.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Passionate about customer experience, problem-solving, and balancing business needs.
  • Technical knowledge of product development capabilities and limitations.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and manage products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize features and manage product roadmaps.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree is required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 annually. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus tied to achieved results.
