The Position

As a Product Manager for Roche Sequencing Solutions (d/f/m), you will actively shape the future of genomics and play a key role in one of the most strategically important product launches in this field. What you'll do:

  • Visionary Strategy: You are the mastermind behind our market entry, developing the launch strategy for our new sequencer and ensuring we achieve our goals through continuous market and competitor analysis.

  • Innovative Marketing: You will design effective marketing concepts, manage creative campaigns and events, and ensure our message reaches the right target audience – always keeping an eye on the success of your measures.

  • Voice of our Customers: You will work closely with sales, visit key customers, build a strong network of key opinion leaders, and represent Roche at international conferences and trade fairs.

  • Project Leadership with Impact: You will navigate confidently through our matrix organization, independently lead complex projects, and become the central commercial contact for the EMEA and Latin America region in a therapeutic area such as oncology, multiomics, or human genetics.

What you'll bring:

  • Your Expertise: You have several years of professional experience in Next Generation Sequencing, with at least three years in product management or strategic marketing.

  • Strategic Mindset: You think analytically and creatively, transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies, and ideally have previous experience in strategy consulting.

  • Marketing Know-How: From customer segmentation and campaign development to performance measurement – you have mastered the entire marketing toolkit and know how to inspire sales teams.

  • Strong Communication Skills: You present confidently, convey complex topics convincingly in excellent German & English, and thrive in collaboration with international teams.

  • Your Foundation: You have a degree in life sciences, marketing, or business administration and are willing to travel internationally.
