Position Overview
As an Enterprise Applications Product Manager specializing in Renewal and Subscription Management, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the product strategy, planning, implementation, and landing of key capabilities within our Enterprise CRM. Your focus will be on Subscription Management, Renewals Management, internal opportunity-to-quoting workflows, automated customer engagement, operational and renewal notifications, automated assignments, and shared visibility with channel partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating irresistible customer experiences by building valuable products for our customer success and business operation organizations.
Responsibilities

Product Roadmap Execution: Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for the Renewals and Subscriptions Management product group, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching vision and strategic goals

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data, research, and market analysis to define and prioritize product features and requirements that drive growth and meet user needs

Detailed Documentation: Create comprehensive use case scenarios, system workflows (both current and future states), user stories, and acceptance criteria. This documentation will guide the development process and ensure a clear understanding of user needs and product requirements

Technical Alignment: Collaborate with technical leads to develop scalable and stable solutions that comply with enterprise architecture principles. Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with long-term architectural goals

Implementation Leadership: Lead engineering teams in the successful implementation and delivery of customer success products and features. Provide clear direction and support throughout the development lifecycle

User Experience Enhancement: Partner with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Advocate for user-centric design principles

Product Features and Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor key product metrics and analyse performance data. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance product performance and user satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field

Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a concrete understanding of renewal processes, subscription management, churn management, customer retention, and strategies for improving these areas

CRM Proficiency: Strong experience of CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce's major industry clouds and its product features. Ability to leverage CRM tools to drive product success

Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with technical development teams, user experience designers, and business stakeholders (GTM teams and channel partners). Serve as a bridge to ensure alignment and collaboration

Agile Methodology: Understanding of the Product Manager role within an agile team. Ability to work in an agile environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities
