Overview

The purpose of this role is to deliver on product roadmap priorities to achieve time to market and time to value targets by managing the product development lifecycle for a given product(s) through proven technical leadership.  This role will be responsible for Enterprise Resource Planning application area including payroll and related revenue cycle areas.   The Product Manager will be responsible for the analysis of industry competitive features and methodologies to support product development and subsequently client implementations and support including federal and state regulations as it applies to the area.  We seek a candidate with a strong healthcare financial background.


This is a remote role in the US.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver on product roadmap priorities on-time and with value to clients.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle for products through technical leadership.
  • Define requirements and supports specification and use case development for new product
  • Works with engineering, QA, professional services, and technical operations during design and implementation to shape the technical feature set and usability of the product and ensure the highest quality products delivered on-time, on budget and with superior performance and
  • Analyzes and documents specifications for products.
  • Engages with cross-functional team to assure data elements are supported within acceptable user workflows.
  • Ensures performance requirements are
  • Plans and manages execution of product roadmaps, development schedules and product/component designs.
  • Coordinates business and contractual arrangements with
  • Trains and supports others on functional area related
  • Supports advisory boards, user groups and client feedback as needed.
  • Assist demo team and RFP team as needed.


Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, Marketing, Finance, or business-related field or equivalent/years of experience required.
  • Mobile experience is required.


Experience:

  • 7+ years related work experience.
  • 3+ years product management experience preferred.
  • Software design experience in complex, multi-tasking, real-time, highly availability systems.
  • Experience working in small, highly focused teams.
  • Must be able to define and manage complex processes and/or product issues of a broad scope using independent judgment.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Strong domain expertise with mobile environments.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment (SAFe Agile experience preferred).
  • Experience interacting with customers to define and prioritize requirements and specifications.


Travel Requirements:

  • As required, up to 20-30%

  • Work is performed in a remote environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
