The Product Manager for the Company is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic growth and management of Agronomic product lines catering specifically to the Company's Business Customers.   • Spearhead product stocking initiatives and create compelling product displays across various locations to optimize customer experience and sales.

Travel Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agronomy, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in product management within the agronomics or landscape industry.

  • Proven knowledge and understanding of agronomic products and industry trends.

  • Strong proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

  • Experience collaborating with vendors to facilitate sales promotions and market programs.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

  • Competency in data analysis to monitor and establish competitive pricing for agronomic products.

Certifications:
