Job Overview

The Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in product lifecycle and DevOps/Agile practices as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. You will participate and lead both discovery and development to achieve a specific product goal. We ask that you are energized by building deep customer empathy, working with design and development, optimizing team processes, and using data to monitor project success.
We’re building trusted, scalable software for the Public Sector. Your mission: turn strategy into shipped, reliable products and capabilities that help US agencies and public sector entities deliver great digital services—secure, accessible, auditable, and easy to use. You’ll coordinate across engineering, design, data/ML, security, and customer teams to create experiences that civil servants love and the public can rely on

Job Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly with product leads to build product strategies and goals and develop and share plans and results with relevant teams.

  • Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.

  • Meet with product users to obtain a comprehensive understanding of needs and constraints and anticipate the need to bring cross-functional teams together to solve problems.

  • Facilitate communication across internal teams, explain the value of new initiatives and drive conflict resolution across product development teams.

  • Conduct user and competitive research for products and capabilities.

  • Keep accessibility, privacy, security, records, and procurement constraints front and center; maintain decision logs and change control.

  • Identify, measure, and implement success signals and KPIs.

  • Define go/nogo criteria, maintain high quality, while experimenting and learning rapidly.

  • Divide large projects into iterative releases, test new features to ensure release equality, and prioritize the resolution of defects.

  • Define and crush Objectives and Key Results and contribute to strategic planning.

  • Work cross-functionally across Engineering, UX, AI, Security, and Compliance teams.

  • Use AI tools responsibly for your end-to-end workflow

  • Maintain thorough understanding of products and present complex technological concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Understand technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensure their success.

  • Organize and engage in usability testing to define detailed interaction flows.

  • Develop internal- and external-facing go-to-market content.

  • Travel less than 10% based upon business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–6 years in Product Management (or equivalent owner role) shipping SaaS workflow products; 2+ years directly owning a roadmap and backlog.

  • Strong fundamentals: crisp writing, structured thinking, backlog hygiene, stakeholder management, and a bias toward small, shippable slices.

  • Demonstrated delivery in regulated or highstakes domains (public sector, legal/eDiscovery, healthcare, financial services, or adjacent).

  • Knowledge and experience conducting discovery and usability testing to gather customer feedback

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives with meticulous attention to detail in the creation and iteration of work

  • Excellent communications, facilitation and analysis skills coupled with strong business and technical acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with building and shipping rapidly with FedRAMP-based products.

  • Deep experience with public records access workflows and platforms.
