Job Summary
The Product Manager, Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics provides Business Intelligence support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience
- Lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and operations performance metrics and analytics that provide critical information, insights, and decision support to leadership.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of all data
- Assist in the guidance and technical skills development of less experienced analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 2-5 years of experience, preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Skilled in gathering requirements from stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle competing priorities
- Ability to quickly learn and resolve unfamiliar technical challenges using available resources
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, research-driven approach
- Ability to recognize opportunities to improve processes and tools and communicate with stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with querying, manipulating, and aggregating data from business systems to produce meaningful reporting and decision support information.
- Demonstrated experience using data query, visualization, dashboard design tools, or data workflow tools (ex. SSMS/SSRS, Tableau, Business Objects, Alteryx, etc.) preferred
- Understanding of relational databases, MS-SQL knowledge and experience, preferred
- Experience using AI tools to improve business processes/efficiencies is a plus
- Pharmacy, PBM, medical, or other healthcare related experiences are a plus
- Experience building applications with low code/no code systems (ex. QuickBase, OutSystems, etc.) is a plus.
