Foundational services of our Rabo Online Platform facilitate the engineering journey for over 150+ squads. As Product Manager - Deployment and Building Blocks, you are providing platform capabilities as a service to squads all over the Rabobank. You constantly remove waste and automate the most troublesome DevOps processes. You will propagate the vision, bring it alive and ensure the adoption within the bank (and beyond).

- Scope: over 1500 applications

- Create and propagate a vision and strategy, which is in line with the goals of Rabo Online Platform, within the bank. Propagate this vision to the team and priorities the work accordingly.
- Develop a strong position in the bank and create a maintainable operating model to continuously improve, reduce friction and ensure adoption of platform capabilities as a service by input from our users.
- Investigate opportunities and create propositions to further utilize the platform capabilities.
You work as part of the tribe Digital Platform, area Foundation, together with nine other product managers and around 70 developers, on the internal development platform: Rabo Online Platform. You will work closely with our developers, our architects, the users of your services (over 150 teams, their product owners, developers, and solution architects from all tribes of the bank), and suppliers (including our Enterprise & Engineering Tech domain). You will be servicing the whole of the Retail NL Rabobank and parts of Wholesale and FEC Tech.

- +2 years of Product Manager experience.
- Focus on system adoption and success (outcomes), rather than technical deliverables (outputs).
- Experience in broad stakeholder management
- Proactive approach in improving the user experience, embracing challenges.
- Organizational skills, create structure and purpose.
- Ability to present convincing value propositions.
- Experience with platform engineering, microservice architecture, application development and/or automation would be an advantage.
- For this vacancy it is important that you master the Dutch language, both orally and in writing.
This vacancy is classified in scale 9 or scale 10 with a salary between € 4.515,51 and € 7.687,41 (depending on education and experience).
