We are looking for a Product Manager to join our PinSeeker team on the Precision Sports and Technology platform. PinSeeker runs virtual competitions on golf simulators. In our games, players compete against golfers from around the world to win points, prizes, and cash. We believe it is time for a renaissance in sim golf entertainment. Players expect easy access to golf activities and a suite of compelling games to play on their sim - our mission is to deliver those experiences.

This position reports to the Director of Product Management and is based out of our Precision Sports & Technology Platform in San Diego.

As the Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be the primary owner for PinSeeker, our ecosystem for competitions, challenges and skills-based gaming - deliver your users awesome experiences.
• Champion gamification, novel mechanics and social features that give users more ways to engage with their simulator.
• Own the overall competitive experience, including pricing and assurances against exploitation
• Articulate a compelling vision and ambitious roadmap for your product.
• Produce strategic briefs and detailed specs that depict what to build and why.
• Prioritize projects and work shoulder-to-shoulder with your dev team to deliver.
• Optimize conversions and deeply understand user behavior via analytics.
• Collaborate with designers to mock and prototype features.
• Gather user feedback via surveys and interviews.
• Stay up to date on the golf tech and simulator market

You have:

• 5+ years of software product design experience, preferably for consumer and mobile products.
• Experience digging in with engineering on quasi-technical topics.
• Experience being very customer-facing and gathering feedback from real people.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent taste and instincts in software design.
• Experience with Agile software development (we're a Jira shop).
• A passion for golf.

Pay Range:

$118,200.00 - $185,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
