Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end commercial journey of our pharmaceutical portfolio. In this role, you will drive strategic positioning, market access, and commercial performance—taking products from development and regulatory clearance through to full-scale market execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across commercial, scientific, regulatory, and sales channels to maximize portfolio growth in a dynamic competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish optimal market access, pricing frameworks, and competitive brand positioning.
  • Continuously evaluate healthcare trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to keep portfolio offerings compliant, resilient, and market-leading.
  • Guide pharmaceutical assets through every phase of their lifecycle, ensuring strict alignment with clinical needs and compliance standards.
  • Work in close coordination with clinical and regulatory affairs to track product progress across approval pipelines and commercial readiness.
  • Manage timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and resource allocations to achieve seamless, on-schedule product rollouts.
  • Perform rigorous market research to pinpoint unaddressed clinical needs, identify competitive gaps, and uncover category expansion opportunities.
  • Synthesize feedback from healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and field sales forces to continuously sharpen value propositions.
  • Craft compelling value messaging and clinical positioning materials to differentiate key therapeutic lines.
  • Design and deliver high-impact clinical training programs for sales representatives, empowering them to engage medical professionals effectively.
  • Track post-launch performance, sales trajectories, and customer adoption metrics to refine ongoing commercial tactics.
  • Oversee portfolio P&L performance, regularly monitoring revenue growth, unit margins, and overall line profitability.
  • Direct brand budgets and collaborate with finance to optimize marketing spend and resource distribution.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of dedicated experience in pharmaceutical product management, brand leadership, or commercial strategy.
  • Prior commercial experience or clinical background in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) or Orthopedics is highly desirable.
  • In-depth mastery of the local pharmaceutical ecosystem, regulatory pathways, and full product lifecycle dynamics.
  • Proven capability to mobilize cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical/Regulatory Affairs).
  • Exceptional analytical acumen, strategic foresight, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Agility to thrive and manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
