Product Manager Payment & Fraud - Blitz

Blitz is a gaming platform launched by Voodoo in 2021, allowing players to compete on mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging Voodoo’s unique game portfolio to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.

We're looking for Technical Product Manager to join our team at Blitz, working with Camil Haroune, our COO.

In this role, you'll be driving product oriented strategy and execution for our real money gaming platform, focusing on payments, fraud prevention, and user engagement systems.

• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth and operational efficiency

• Design and implement automated systems to streamline internal processes and enhance team productivity

• Manage and optimize the payment infrastructure to ensure system stability, scalability, and performance

• Develop and execute comprehensive fraud prevention strategies leveraging advanced data analytics

• Oversee customer support operations and deliver ongoing process improvements

• Handle legal and financial matters related to business operations in collaboration with relevant teams

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights and track key performance indicators

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and effective project execution

• Create and implement scalable solutions to address operational challenges and support company growth

• 3+ years of product management or data experience in fintech, gaming, or related tech industries

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field

• Strong technical background with ability to work closely with engineering teams

• Previous experience with payment systems, fraud prevention, or financial product

• Highly analytical with strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of mobile app development and gaming industry dynamics is a plus

• English and French proficiency

• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of product outcomes

• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
