- New Market Roadmap: Propose, drive, and maintain the product roadmap for our emerging markets, ensuring every feature accelerates our foothold in new territories.
- Squad Leadership: Propose quarterly OKRs for your squad and lead cross-functional teams (Eng, Design, Data) to ship high-impact features with urgency.
- KPI Ownership: Take full accountability for funnels and North Star metrics in your assigned markets, specifically driving improvements in CVR (Conversion Rate), MAU (Monthly Active Users), and Retention.
- Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for new market performance, aligning with regional stakeholders and leadership on priorities and resource allocation.
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Establish a culture of rigorous testing. Launch experiments, analyze results, and iterate fast based on market-specific data and local behaviors.
- Cultural Mentorship: Collaborate with the broader product team to share best practices on local optimization and how to build for diverse LatAm user bases.
- Strategic Trade-offs: Exceptional ability to allocate resources across different markets, understanding the complex balance between local "magic" and global scalability.
- Product Expertise: Proven experience in Product Strategy, Roadmapping, and the full product lifecycle within a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong data analysis and experimentation skills (SQL, A/B testing, funnel optimization). You let the data lead the way.
- User Obsession & Cultural Fluency: Expert in Market Research. You know how to ask the right questions to uncover local nuances and translate "trust" into product features.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to lead and influence Engineering, Design, Data and Ops teams without formal authority.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the LatAm market and experience in Fintech or Payments is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex regional trade-offs into clear narratives for leadership.
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
