Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Product planning for Engage products and platform
- Managing the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product- and customer requirements
- defining the portfolio vision and working closely with engineering (internal and external parties) to deliver winning solutions
- Coordinate the development of new products for Engage (mainly in the area of full color e-paper solutions)
- Ensure that the product efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals
- Launch new products with comprehensive education materials for internal stakeholders, partners and customers
- Support in terms of product launch and product sample activities
Qualifications
Experience:
- Experienced with cloud managed IoT hardware & software systems
- 5+ years of technical product management or project manager experience
Skills:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to reprioritize across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- German and English (written & spoken)
- Ability to build close working relationships with multidisciplinary engineering teams, production teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to make decisions, positively influence other team members and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to pay attention to details without losing sight of strategic objectives
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline
- Graduate Degree in a technical or business field

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3.455 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
