- Lead the product management processes for Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offerings, including strategy development, product definition, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in cybersecurity and MSSP services.
- Collaborate with security, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product features, enhancements, and roadmap for MSSP solutions.
- Create detailed product requirements and documentation, ensuring that security solutions align with client expectations and industry standards.
- Engage with customers and partners for feedback and insights, driving continuous improvement of MSSP service offerings.
- Analyze product performance and customer satisfaction metrics to inform strategic decisions and enhance service delivery.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials to support successful product launches and marketing efforts.
- Manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to ensure business objectives are met.
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats, technologies, and compliance requirements to inform product enhancements and updates.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on the technical aspects and advantages of the MSSP offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on Managed Security Services.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, MSSP frameworks, and relevant regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience managing products throughout their lifecycle, from conception to successful market introduction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Willing to work in Centennial Tower, Jakarta.
