What You Will Do
Drive budget achievement, revenue, and channel growth.
Analyze Ingram Micro’s market share by region and channel segment.
Lead partner planning to set mutual goals, financial targets, and key milestones.
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans with measurable outcomes.
Design reseller programs to optimize product penetration across channel segments.
Manage vendor marketing funds effectively and maintain optimal stock levels.
Organize reseller trainings, roadshows, and seminars.
Ensure healthy topline (revenue) and bottom line (GP) performance.
Strengthen vendor relationships for business growth and support.
Train, guide, and support sales and business development teams.
What It Takes to Be One of the Team
You are a graduate with min 5 years of experience in ELV sales.
You have experience in selling CCTV and physical security products.
You are enthusiastic and driven by results with a strong will to succeed.
You are a self-starter, self-motivated and a team player.
You have a strong ‘customer-first’ mentality and are able to utilize your relationships to drive results.
