Based in Melbourne, this is a hybrid role that brings together your technical expertise and management capability - you'll own the EUC product and engineering functionality, drive uplift of the operational teams, whilst handling stakeholder engagement and escalations.

Leading a team of EUC engineers, you'll sit at the heart of Crown's transformation and growth, allowing our team members to do their best work on the most optimised systems, platforms and technologies that enable collaboration and empower peak workplace performance and operations.

We're looking for someone who is excited by change and uplift, is comfortable being involved in the work, genuinely enjoys developing others, and brings a pragmatic, delivery-focused attitude to their work. If you have experience with Azure VD, SCCM and Intune – this role could be a great fit!

You'll be:

  • Owning the design, deployment, optimisation and operational performance of endpoint platforms, device lifecycle management, meeting room technologies, collaboration platforms and workplace productivity tools across the organisation

  • Defining and executing the Modern Workplace and EUC strategy, aligned to productivity, security, digital experience and device lifecycle objectives

  • Establishing clear roadmaps across endpoint platforms, collaboration services, identity integration, automation and experience maturity

  • Leading the evolution of Windows, macOS, mobile and virtual desktop environments, ensuring secure, scalable and user-centred design

  • Owning engineering design and delivery across endpoint, meeting room and collaboration initiatives, from architecture through to stabilisation

  • Ensure operational excellence, including availability, performance, patching discipline, device compliance and incident management

  • Driving automation and standardisation, improving reliability, scalability and the employee digital experience

  • Balancing BAU operational stability with transformation initiatives such as endpoint modernisation, device standardisation, automation uplift and digital workplace experience improvement,

  • Managing vendors and MSPs, holding them accountable to SLAs, device standards, performance metrics and cost efficiency

You'll bring:

  • Extensive hands-on experience as a EUC expert / Modern Workplace Engineer

  • Technical leadership across endpoint platforms, device lifecycle engineering, patching, compliance monitoring and secure configuration

  • Demonstrated capability with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), SCCM, Intune and enterprise device management ecosystems

  • Proven delivery of Modern Workplace transformation initiatives, such as device refresh programs, endpoint automation, standardisation or collaboration platform uplift

  • Knowledge in defining and governing endpoint standards, build processes, lifecycle frameworks and configuration guardrails in regulated environments

  • Experience working with multi-level support modals (this role is L3 Operational Support)

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT / Engineering or similar

  • Experience operating within partner or MSP models, holding vendors accountable for service performance, device standards and cost outcomes (desirable)

  • Unrestricted, permanent Australian working rights

  • Ability to obtain all required Casino Employee Licenses
