- Own the Product Roadmap: Create, prioritize, and implement your team’s product roadmap to maximize impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather feedback and refine your product.
- Innovative Design: Partner with Product Design to create user-friendly, cutting-edge solutions.
- Delivery Excellence: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery and continuously improve your squad’s velocity.
- Deep User Understanding: Conduct customer interviews to gain insights and fine-tune the product to meet user needs.
- Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance and the impact of new features to ensure success.
IT'S A MATCH 🎯
- At least 3-years of Product Management experience on a mobile application.
- Ability to create a long-term roadmap aligned with company goals and defend it through market understanding, customer feedback, and data.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with SCRUM or other agile frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with a love for data analysis.
- Proficient in conducting user research, engaging with end-users to understand their needs.
- Enjoys rapid experimentation to deliver the best customer experience.
- Self-starter, proactive, and open to peer collaboration.
- Fluent in French, comfortable with English.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS 🛠
- First video interview with Julie, Talent Acquisition
- 45 min of live problem solving with a case study + 45 min interview with Jonathan, the Tribe's Lead Product Manager
- 30 min interview with Savinien, Partoo's CPO + 30 min interview with the mobile team Lead Developer
- Optional: coffee chat with the Impact Team you'll be joining to assess team fit and provide more context about the position, the team, and the company to envision our collaboration together
