Role Overview

This position will lead AI product analysis, strategy development, and roadmap management across 2–3 concurrent initiatives within Creai's portfolio. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience — collaborating with engineering, data, and commercial teams to ensure our AI products achieve strong market fit, drive adoption, and generate sustainable growth. A key part of this role is orienting, mentoring, and actively collaborating with the Senior Product Owner(s) on backlog management and product delivery.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap

Lead the development of product strategies for AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.

Manage AI product roadmaps across 2–3 concurrent initiatives, driving feature prioritization based on customer needs, data insights, and competitive positioning — maintaining strategic coherence across the full portfolio.

Conduct deep product discovery sessions to identify and validate product-market fit.

Co-manage the product backlog at the roadmap layer alongside the Senior Product Owner: own epics, themes, and release sequencing while the PO owns execution-layer stories and sprint readiness.

Go-to-Market & Growth

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new AI products and features.

Design customer adoption, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to maximize product reach and revenue impact.

Define and implement pricing and monetization models for B2B AI products.

Product Analytics & Insights

Implement product metrics frameworks and conduct user behavior analysis to inform decisions.

Leverage product analytics platforms to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

Apply competitive intelligence and market analysis to stay ahead of trends in the AI sector.

Monitor product adoption and success metrics post-release in partnership with the Senior PO, ensuring learnings feed back into the roadmap.

Leadership, PO Orientation & Stakeholder Management

Provide ongoing strategic orientation to the Senior PO: share client context, business priorities, and market signals that inform daily backlog decisions.

Serve as the final escalation point for roadmap-level prioritization conflicts; the Senior PO holds authority over sprint-level scope decisions.

Co-lead product demos with the Senior PO — own the business impact and commercial narrative while the PO leads the product increment walkthrough.

Lead cross-functional product teams in the definition and delivery of AI features, ensuring clarity of scope and strategic alignment.

Mentor the Senior PO and junior product consultants in product management methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and client communication.

Manage product backlogs at the strategic layer and maintain strong stakeholder alignment across technical and business teams.

Optimize customer journey touchpoints and drive measurable improvements in product adoption.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B technology products, with a proven track record of successful product launches and growth initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing 2–3 concurrent products or programs simultaneously, with the ability to maintain strategic depth across all without single-product focus. Experience managing complex software products or data platforms is required.

Other RequirementsRequired

Advanced proficiency in product management methodologies including Jobs-to-be-Done, Lean Startup, and OKRs.

Deep understanding of AI products, their technical foundations, and enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms.

Strong grasp of user experience principles for AI products and conversational interfaces.

Experience developing pricing frameworks and monetization strategies for B2B software and AI products.

Proven ability to orient and collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management, story quality, and delivery alignment.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate product vision clearly at all levels.

Ability to independently produce low-fidelity wireframes, mockups, or visual product specifications using Figma, Claude's generative design capabilities, or equivalent tools — without requiring dedicated UX resources. Candidates without current Figma proficiency but with strong design thinking foundations and fast tool adoption track record are welcome.

Preferred

Product management certifications such as PMC or CSPO.

Growth marketing or customer success certifications.

Certifications in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Amplitude.

Familiarity with Miro or similar Agile and collaboration tooling.
