Main Responsibilities
- Shape the product vision by leveraging market research, customer insights, and aligning with the company’s strategic goals;
- Lead the development and positioning strategies to ensure a strong product-market fit and long-term success;
- Turn product strategy into clear, actionable initiatives that drive value and innovation;
- Prioritize projects and features based on their impact on both the business and the customer experience;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders —from marketing to tech—to build and execute a forward-looking product roadmap;
- Partner with engineering to ensure efficient resource allocation and rapid time-to-market without compromising quality.
Core Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, with a focus on market research and innovation;
- Have background of working with software development teams, in an Agile methodology setting;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior;
- Ability to work with uncertain and fragmented markets;
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, developers, and business teams.
Bonus Points For
- Understanding of network security and wider cyber security trends;
- Experience focused on network security, identifying possible threats, and building protection software;
- Understanding of communication protocols, encryption, headers, and content security policies;
- Hands-on engineering experience in building security solutions.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3400 - 5700 EUR/month
