Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- This role has responsibility for the overall Lifecyle of the Product(s) in their domain of control.
- Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital workplace products and services, aligning with business goals. Vendor roadmaps and employee needs.
- Maintain currency of the product for to ensure supportability, security, compliance, compatibility, performance, flexibility, and avoid technical debt.
- Provide technical expertise for supporting technologies, such as, MFA, Cryptography, and SSO.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of the technology stack and be able to work with the business to understand processes and functional requirements to ensure alignment with needs.
- Represent the domain in Architecture reviews and governance, project portfolio development, license, and contract management, change management and other IT support functions.
- Architecture development for projects, product deployments, enhancements or adoption of new technology services or systems.
- Collaborate with other product owners, business teams, IT operations, security, EPMO and others to develop requirements to mature and deliver on the Product management and roadmaps.
- Work with IT security and risk management to ensure that digital workplace technologies comply with corporate policies and industry standards.
- Define success criteria for digital workplace strategy to provide measurable reporting on service adoption, use and value attainment.
- Prepare and maintain architecture documentation for reviews, project, and designs.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and emerging technologies in the digital workplace space, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive user awareness and adoption of the Digital Workplace tools and services.
- Ensure our digital workplace solutions are intuitive, accessible, and meet the needs of our global workforce and maximize the business value.
- Oversee and/or manage a team to deliver Digital Workplace tools and services
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) or 7-10 years of equivalent experience in an IT technology field.
- 5+ years of experience within information technology solutions specifically in the Microsoft Office365 ecosystem.
- Experience with managing and deploying O365 products (Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Exchange Server, and SharePoint) as well as Active Directory, Entra, and security controls necessary to manage the products.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
- Demonstrated skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and utilize the requirements to develop architectures
- Demonstrated experience as a technical resource on a Product and/or Project team
- Experience working with IT service providers in an outsourced model. (e.g. technology implementers, service providers, software development teams, integration partners etc.) to implement significant technology/capability change.
- Experience with managing and deploying Microsoft cloud products (Azure, M365, Skype, Teams, etc…)
- Experience with industry best practices and frameworks, such as but not limited to NIST, COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, PMI, etc.
- Practiced in methods related to IT department capabilities (Project Management, Business Relationship Management, Security, IT Operations, etc.).
- Experience in participating and/or support project execution/solution delivery in various implementation approaches (e.g. Waterfall, Iterative, Agile/SCRUM, etc.).
