JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Product Manager for EMEA & APAC, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) portfolio—bringing life-saving therapies to more patients across diverse markets.
- Drive product launches and marketing strategies in partnership with regional commercial teams and global headquarters.
- Collect customer insights and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Perform market research and monitor competitive trends to inform strategy.
- Forecast and manage product demand across multiple regions.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
- Lead projects that increase awareness and adoption of our therapies across the heart failure care pathway.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; medical background is a plus.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, with both upstream and downstream exposure.
- Proven experience in product management, strategic planning, and P&L management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare stakeholders and ability to influence across a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- International exposure and ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
