The Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and driving growth and innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of market needs, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Product ownership and Roadmap:  

  • own and manage the product roadmap in alignment with company goals, client requirements & stakeholder feedback 

  • Have an understanding of the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. 

  • Develop product vision & business cases for new product initiatives. 

Product Development: 

  • Lead theproduct development process, from ideation through to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. 

  • Drive the scrum process for the team including management of quarterly planning, sprint planning, and stand-ups 

  • Develop user stories and detailed requirements to drive product development and all support documentation for key product initiatives  

  • Understand all aspects of Dynata brand lift platform , Own the UI development with a design thinking mindset for today’s market and beyond 

  • Have a solid understanding of Data pipelining, use of snowflake / AWS and basic data queries Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, training and launch. 

  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business goals.

 

Stakeholder Management: 

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related matters. 

  • Communicate product updates, strategies, and performance to executive leadership and other key stakeholders. 

  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to gather feedback and drive product improvements. 

Performance Measurement: 

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Conduct regular product performance reviews and adjust priorities in the roadmap as needed. 

  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed product decisions. 

 Team Work :  

  • Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment within the product team   

Skills: 

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 

  • Understanding of measurement research methodology is a bonus 

  • Experience with agile development methodologies. 

  • Proficiency in product management, database, & internal tools such as  JIRA, Confluence, SQL  

  • Nice to have but not required Monday, DataDog, Chamelion, & Amplitude

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field 

  • Experience: 3-4+ years of product management experience, preferably in Advertising, Media measurement and or market research

The base salary range for this position in is $80K-$110/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
