Job Description- Drive mid to large sized technical programs focused on improving software delivery, automation, and engineering efficiency.
- Develop and manage program plans, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, DevOps, Product & UX to align goals and deliverables.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- You will have experience leading medium to large projects and will have a well-rounded technical background in current web technologies and the latest tech stack.
- Work with Tech/Product/PMO/UX to define strategy and requirements, identifying and securing commitment from teams across the company for new initiatives, driving consensus on the technical approach, setting timelines, and leading cross-functional development teams from design through delivery.
- Partner with engineering teams to translate strategic delivery goals into actionable technical solutions.
- Advocate for best practices in software delivery and drive adoption of reusable, scalable solutions across the organization.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in technical program management, product ownership, or software engineering.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Figma) & AI tools (CoPilot, ChatGPT)
- Understanding software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery pipelines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
