Product Managers at Chowbus require a sharp consumer-first eye, platform thinking and strong cross-functional collaboration. As a Product Manager at Chowbus, you will own the product strategy and vision, define the product roadmap and alignment, and help drive the execution. You will be working on mission-critical products that shape the direction of the company.

As Product Manager for the POS system’s QR Code Ordering, Kiosk, Online Ordering, and App Ordering products, you will be responsible for driving Chowbus’ roadmap aimed at helping restaurant operators adopt innovative ordering technology. You’ll own the software product roadmap and evolution across these offerings. You’ll need to understand and make tradeoffs between short- and long-term product growth, and be ultimately accountable for product adoption and seller satisfaction.

What You'll Focus On

• Contribute to product development from discovery to delivery for a defined scope within a product.

• Manage stakeholders from product, design, engineering, product marketing, sales, and operations.

• Identify, collect, and deliver key metrics that drive product goals.

What You Bring

• You have 4+ years of user-facing experience in industries such as eCommerce, technology or multi-sided marketplaces
• A strong sense of user empathy and interest in supporting independent businesses
• Track record of managing projects in a dynamic environment preferred
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple tech and business functions preferred
• Degree in Computer Science or another Technology related field preferred
• Experience in achieving consistent results with global distributed teams preferred

Working Conditions:

• Long periods of sitting and working in front of a computer
• Travel to customer locations may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Food industry preferred
• Deeply understand the industry and use industry knowledge to help shape the go-to-market and product-led strategy.
• Ability to translate complex business goals into clear product goals and requirements required
• Ability to influence peers and stakeholders through structured thinking and clear communication required
• Ability to extract insights from product metrics and making data-driven decisions required
• Entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action required
• Verbal fluency in Chinese preferred
