How you will shape Prophero:
- Own the product lifecycle: From ideation and discovery to delivery and iteration. You’ll manage everything from product specs to quality assurance.
- Drive product discovery: Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to uncover real customer pain points and shape features that solve them.
- Specify features clearly: Translate complex requirements into pragmatic, well-defined user stories with clear KPIs and success metrics.
- Lead delivery with excellence: Partner with engineering, design, and data to deliver high-quality outcomes at speed, with a strong eye for detail and trade-off decisions.
- Think in systems and architecture: Your technical fluency allows you to understand engineering implications and build robust, scalable solutions.
- Track and optimize performance: Monitor key metrics, run A/B tests, analyze user feedback, and iterate with impact.
- Be the voice of the user: Whether it’s a first-time investor or a returning customer, you’ll keep their needs at the center of every product decision.
What you will bring to our team:
- 3+ years in product management, ideally in marketplaces, fintech, proptech, or fast-growing digital products.
- You bring technical fluency: whether from a STEM background or self-taught experience, you understand software architecture and speak confidently with engineers.
- You’re data-driven, comfortable with KPIs, experiments, dashboards, and pulling insights to support your roadmap.
- You’re user-obsessed: you go beyond requirements to understand behaviors, journeys, and motivations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills: you bring people with you, align cross-functional teams, and influence with clarity.
- You speak Spanish fluently and have at least an intermediate English level, to connect effectively with internal business teams and local users across key markets.
- Experience working in a remote, multicultural, fast-paced environment is a big plus.
