As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the feature life cycle from scoping to post-launch. Through strong internal collaboration, you’ll drive the development of key platform features to ensure they address the needs of our customers in the energy sector. You’ll play a vital role in refining our strategic product roadmap through validating customer pain points and delivering impactful solutions. You will work with an established product and a highly collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience in digital product development while helping to shape the future of energy trading.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire product life cycle from scoping to ideation, execution and post-launch
- Ensure product-market fit by deeply understanding customer needs and validating solutions before development.
- Leverage AI and data-driven decision-making to refine and prioritise product development.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams (commercial, engineering, and design) to shape and refine product ideas.
- Translate business needs into actionable product specifications and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Support the go-to-market strategy by ensuring a seamless handover from development to commercial teams.
- Apply best practices in product management to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Deliver product features within the committed time, budget and quality.
Your Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of understanding customer needs, participating in the product development lifecycle, and contributing to bringing products to market.
- Significant professional experience working in the energy trading, the renewable energy sector or the financial trading sector. A strong understanding of energy markets and trading processes is needed.
- AI native, with proven experience in incorporating AI into their oworking process, and lauching AI driven products
- Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills; experience in stakeholder management
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, business, or similar
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Profound knowledge of PM tools (Jira, VS, AI tools)
- Fluent in English, German beneficial
