We’re looking for a motivated Product Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our clients and lead its Product Management strategies.
In your day to day work, you’ll focus on defining and owning the roadmap for our Operator and Agent focused products, specifically our distribution initiatives across Google, Apple, Bing, and other listings platforms. You will translate vision into actionable plans, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and ensure each feature unlocks real customer value.
Our client is building the global sales, marketing and distribution system for the flexible workspace industry, backed by £4m of investment from one of Europe’s leading venture capitalists. With a track record of processing £375m of contract value enquiries in November 2024 alone, you’ll get to work on some of the toughest technology, data, and scale challenges out there.
In this role, you’ll:- Define and own the product roadmap for Operator and Agent initiatives targeting major listings platforms
- Translate the company vision and strategy into clear, actionable product requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, build, and ship features that deliver strong customer impact
- Align with stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure market fit and drive growth
- Conduct market research, synthesise insights, and validate hypotheses through rapid iteration
- Maintain a well-prioritised product backlog while running effective agile ceremonies
- Lead demos and gather cross-functional feedback to iterate and improve the product continuously
- Proven experience in building and shipping products or integrations in the Sales and Marketing arena or listings technology
- Understanding of platforms like Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and Bing Places, with bonus points if you’ve built for or integrated with them
- Customer-obsessed with a robust toolkit for leading user discovery and research
- Able to thrive in ambiguity, taking ownership from identifying problems to delivering solutions
- Commercially minded, with a clear grasp of how product development drives growth
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset across disciplines
- Data literate with strong abilities in testing, measuring, and iterating based on user insights
Please note that we are looking for support in the London office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the UK is required as well.
