As Product Manager - Logistics & Fulfillment (m/f/d), you will be responsible for driving the execution of our core operational strategies. You will play a pivotal role in balancing our operational efficiency targets (CPO, stacking rates, pick times) with our customer promise (on-time delivery). Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate high-level strategies into actionable technical requirements to support our key last-mile logistics and fulfillment operations.

Job Description

  • Create a compelling product vision, mission, and roadmap that inspires and aligns the team
  • Manage the execution of initiatives to ensure the product roadmap is delivered effectively and on time
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, UX, and analytics professionals to launch impactful product improvements
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring that the product development process accounts for real-world execution
  • Monitor key operational and business metrics to continuously balance efficiency goals against service quality
  • Proactively monitor and improve integrations with other relevant tools and systems
  • Solve high-impact business problems of growth, in collaboration with operations and supply chain teams, in a competitive global environment

Qualifications

  • You have 2+ years as a Product Manager, capable of owning new feature launches from start to finish and collaborating smoothly across diverse stakeholder groups
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - a degree in engineering, business, statistics, or computer science is a plus
  • You have excellent analytical abilities, motivated by qualitative and quantitative research methods to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • You have strong user empathy and awareness, and can effectively manage stakeholder communication
  • Are competent in statistics; you can demonstrate the ability to design experiments and correctly interpret results
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication in English, German language skills are considered a plus
