As the ServiceNow Lead Product Manager you are responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow solutions across the organization. You will ensure the platform delivers maximum business value, aligns with enterprise objectives, and provides an exceptional user experience. You will be gathering feedback from various internal business customers, Technology departments and other stakeholders, doing industry research on trends and product offerings, identifying opportunities, and designing features that will make our platform more valuable to our internal technology teams. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders to deliver these features, identifying key metrics to measure success, and iterating on the platform to drive adoption and value to our customers.  You will combine your strong product management expertise with deep knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem and proven leadership skills to influence change in the way we work and deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

Product Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement

  • You will define and maintain the ServiceNow product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

  • You will collaborate with business leaders, power users, IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements and prioritize features.

  • You will operate both - at the macro level to understand the larger business objectives & pain points, and at the micro level to translate these into actionable delivery plans.

  • You will partner with the ServiceNow platform lead and architect to ensure sustainable and scalable solutions.

Product Planning & Development

  • You will lead implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, IRM, ITOM, SPM, etc.).

  • You will manage product backlog, develop user stories, and ensure timely delivery in Agile environments.

  • You will balance customer needs with technical trade-offs and participate in design discussions.

  • You will make recommendations on technical features, functionality, and flow.

  • You will oversee and perform QA/testing before product releases.

Portfolio & Governance

  • You will contribute towards long-term architecture planning and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

  • You will establish governance frameworks and enforce best practices for ServiceNow usage.

Launch & Performance Measurement

  • You will develop technical launch materials, documentation, release notes and training resources.

  • You will define and track KPIs and/or OKR's to measure adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction.

  • You will analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities and report insights to leadership.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • You will guide and mentor solution engineers and technical teams.

  • You will foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • You are an experienced Product Manager with 7+ years of experience managing product delivery on enterprise SaaS platforms that add value to the customers, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow.

  • You have proven success in leading cross-functional product teams and delivering complex platform solutions.

  • You have a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, APM, and SecOps.

  • You have strong communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills and are able to balance the needs of customers and other stakeholders.

  • You have experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management including identifying and tracking key product metrics, gathering user feedback, and iterating on product features based on these inputs.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You are a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or have a Product Owner certification.

  • You have experience with CMDB, CSDM, and APM frameworks.

  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly products.

  • You have a background in financial services or regulated industries.

  • You have a degree or background in software development or computer science.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $173,211-$277,138

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
