WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

As Product Manager, you will support the development and drive the execution of the product strategy in Saudi Arabia. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and regional and local teams, you will contribute to business growth, strengthen product performance and support the successful delivery of key initiatives and launches.

Support the Market Product Strategy

  • Contribute to the development of the market product plan through business analysis, client insights, market trends and performance reviews.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in defining product priorities, budgets and action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with regional teams to adapt regional product and marketing strategies to the local market.
  • Propose budgets by collection and category and recommend revisions based on business performance.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a consistent approach across key product initiatives.

Drive Product Performance and Expertise

  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to support business growth.
  • Review sales forecasts regularly based on market trends, client behavior and business performance.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to support product availability and ensure assortments reflect market needs.
  • Provide product insights and recommendations to regional and local teams.
  • Support the development of product knowledge across the retail network.
  • Partner with Learning & Development on relevant product training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to enhance product visibility and support collection performance in boutiques.

Coordinate Product Launches

  • Support the definition of sales forecasts and assortments for new products in collaboration with regional Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
  • Adapt regional launch plans to the Saudi market and coordinate their local implementation.
  • Monitor launch performance and recommend actions to improve results.
  • Partner with the Communication team to define product priorities and assess the impact of campaigns on business performance.
  • Ensure boutiques receive the appropriate information, tools and guidelines to support successful launches.

Monitor Market and Client Insights

  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and client behavior.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to regional teams on local market developments and product performance.
  • Monitor market pricing and share relevant insights with regional teams.
  • Identify product opportunities and contribute to the development of recommendations and briefs.

Support Strategic Projects

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at supporting business growth and improving product performance.
  • Participate in transversal initiatives and collaborate with different teams to deliver agreed objectives.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong product marketing experience, commercial awareness and the ability to translate insights into action.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Category Management or a related marketing role, ideally within luxury, fashion or premium consumer goods.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a drive for results.
  • Curiosity, creativity, autonomy and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus
