The Product Manager is the local market expert for the segment and products- understanding trends, competitive landscape, product performance and customer/user needs- and connecting these inputs with existing or future products and solutions. The Product Manager is expected to work in partnership with Poland commercial team to help build aligned strategies and ensure execution across Poland and provide feedback to the leadership team on the success of strategies, and effectiveness, through tracking metrics of execution.
What you will do
Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch initiatives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic priorities.
Build and maintain deep customer understanding, translating insights into value propositions and customer engagement strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to create sales tools, communication plans, training programs, and marketing materials that support commercial success.
Monitor product performance and key business metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations to leadership and sales teams.
Support business case development, pricing strategies, product lifecycle management, and obsolescence planning to drive portfolio profitability.
Leverage clinical and technical expertise to communicate product value, support evidence-generation initiatives, and educate internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with customer insights, market intelligence, and MarComm teams to develop impactful communications and enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of marketing experience within medical devices industry
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Fluent in Polish and English
Preferred:
MBA preferred
2+ years experience within Joint Replacement or Orthopedics field
