Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Management - Mobility/IoT to join our Operations Team! 

Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Senior Product Management - Mobility/IoT. The Product Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and executing mobility and IoT products.  

• Define and communicate product vision and strategies with the partnership of the executive team. Additionally, will assist in prioritizing ongoing initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and internal business objectives. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, support, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch, by developing collateral, sharing messaging, and driving resources to the appropriate information.
• Own any software development requirements related to their product(s).
• Define and document detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
• Set, monitor, and optimize KPIs to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Taking products from ideation to launch. 
• Presenting, technical writing, and collaborating with internal teams for continued success. 
• Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle and computer science.
• Bachelor’s degree 
• 5+ years of direct experience in a product management or related role preferred.
• 5+ Years of direct experience in Mobility and / or IoT 
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Innovative: Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and excellence.
• Tools: Proficiency in product management tools or software preferred.

*The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $165,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
