MAIN MISSIONS

As part of the Maison's marketing strategy, you will support the development of new product collections as well as the performance of your existing collections, in coordination with all stakeholders (manufacturing, logistics, communication, creative studio, markets/merchandising, etc.).

Integrated within the International Marketing Fragrances department.

In this context, your main missions are as follows:

1. Coordinate the development of your product collections

You coordinate and unite all partners at every stages of the product development process. In particular, you will:

  • Contribute to the definition of new products across various elements of the mix.
  • Propose relevant, clear, and structured concepts/briefs for the creative team and support designers until the validation of designs.
  • Monitor and ensure industrial development, from the 3D realization of the design to the effective launch of the product.
  • Propose pricing and participate in optimizing the profitability of your lines.
  • Participate in defining sales forecasts adapted to the needs and specificities of each market in collaboration with Cartier Operations (Supply Chain).
  • Ensure the updating and accuracy of information entered into databases for your product lines.
  • Present and promote new collections internally.
  • Develop sales support tools for markets/regions/salespeople in line with their needs.

2. Participate in optimizing business performance

For both the existing range and new products, you will identify opportunities and needs in line with an understanding of the business and the industry. In particular, you will:

  • Provide well-reasoned and concise recommendations to develop the business and profitability of your collections, based on tangible data (monthly analyses, competitive and sectoral intelligence), regular targeted analyses (internal/external benchmarks), and discussions with markets and other departments: promotions, product allocation to markets, stock monitoring with Cartier Operations, management of line discontinuations, etc.
  • Guarantee the visibility and consistency of your collection(s) (website, boutiques, etc.) in partnership with the various relevant departments (e-commerce, VM, commercial, etc.).
  • For new products in particular, you will participate in the reflection and drafting of the product marketing plan for the next three years and build the launch plans for upcoming new products.

  • Recognized for your strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills, you are solution-driven and know how to escalate alerts appropriately.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
