We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Product Managers in the development, launch, and enhancement of our products. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience and exposure to the product management process.


Responsibilities:


1. Assist in conducting market research: Collaborate with the product team to gather and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, user feedback, and other relevant data to inform product decisions.


2. Support product planning and strategy: Contribute to the development of product roadmaps, feature set prioritization, and go-to-market plans based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.


3. Collaborate on requirements gathering: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing to gather and document product requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment.


4. Assist in product development: Participate in Agile product development processes, including writing user stories, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinating with developers to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.


5. Provide product documentation and support: Assist in creating product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and FAQs. Respond to customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring a positive user experience.


6. Monitor product performance: Help track and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and support data to identify opportunities for product improvement and address user needs.


7. Assist in competitive analysis: Conduct research and analysis on competing products or services to identify strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation opportunities.




Requirements

Qualifications:


1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive informed decisions.


3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.


4. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.


5. Familiarity with product management concepts and methodologies is a plus, but not required.


6. Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Slack) is a plus.


7. A genuine interest in technology, software products, and the ability to learn quickly.


8. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative environment.
