The Opportunity: Powering Sifflet's Ecosystem

As our Product Manager - Integrations, you will be the driving force behind connecting Sifflet to the broader modern data stack. Integrations are the lifeblood of our platform, enabling customers to seamlessly onboard their data sources and operationalize data quality insights across their existing tools.

This role is critical for Sifflet's growth and customer adoption. You will own the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of all platform integrations, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and meet the high standards of our enterprise customer base. Your work will directly impact Sifflet's reach and utility within the complex ecosystem of modern data and collaboration tools.

What You'll Own:
  • Integrations Prioritisation and Delivery: Define and own the roadmap for all data source, and third-party integrations. Work directly with the Engineering team to prioritise, plan, and deliver high-quality, fully-featured integrations.

  • Context and Improvements: Look to continually improve upon the integrations including where to bring context from other parts of the data stack.

  • Customer & Prospect Use Case Discovery: Engage directly with customers and prospects to deeply understand their data ecosystem, use cases, and pain points related to connecting Sifflet to their tools. Translate these insights into clear product requirements.

  • Test Systems and Test Data Management: Own and maintain the integrity of test systems and test data required for developing and validating integrations, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high reliability before release.

  • Integration Strategy: Formulate the strategic vision for Sifflet's integration ecosystem, including build vs. buy decisions, API strategy for partners, and defining success metrics for integration health and usage.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the Integrations Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and communicate the strategic direction for Sifflet's integrations, focusing on market needs, technical feasibility, and alignment with Sifflet's overall product goals.

  • Drive Execution: Collaborate closely with the dedicated engineering pod to ensure timely, high-quality, and reliable delivery of new and enhanced integrations. Includes validation and QA of development work and documentation.

  • Gather Ecosystem Insights: Analyze the evolving data landscape, competitive integration offerings, and usage data to continuously inform integration priorities.

  • Support Go-to-Market: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to communicate the value, capabilities, and technical requirements of new integrations.

  • Define Technical Requirements: Clearly articulate integration requirements, including authentication, data models, error handling, and performance standards.

Preferred Experience Who We're Looking For:
  • Proven B2B SaaS PM: You have demonstrable experience (ideally 3+ years) as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, managing complex technical products.

  • Integration Domain Expertise: Experience owning product features or roadmaps specifically related to APIs, integrations, connectors, or data sources.

  • Data Ecosystem Savvy: You have exposure to and a good understanding of the modern data stack (e.g., Data Warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS; Data Catalogs; ETL/ELT tools). You speak the language of data teams.

  • Technical Acumen: While you don't need to be a coder, you possess a strong technical understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL), data exchange formats, and system-to-system connectivity.

  • Strategic & Analytical: You can balance long-term strategic vision with short-term execution, using customer feedback and data to guide your decisions.

  • Excellent Communicator & Collaborator: You excel at working cross-functionally and articulating complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
