Product Manager - Integrations Team

We are looking for a Product Manager for our Integrations Marketplace product. You will work with a cross-functional product team and lead the strategy, development and delivery of integrations with other SaaS platforms that enhance the value of Brandwatch suite by connecting it seamlessly with the broader digital ecosystem. 

The right candidate will bring strong product management skills, coupled with a passion for data and insights and a solid understanding of how to effectively manage transformational projects. Successful individuals will possess the business acumen to prioritize initiatives and work with stakeholders and senior management to drive alignment on priorities and tradeoffs. What you’ll do: 

• Own your objective and user outcomes; making repeatable success your goal 

• Be an ambassador for our product vision, mission and outcomes across the company, and externally 

• Deeply understand and care about the problems we’re solving for our customers 

• Own the Product roadmap to support Brandwatch’s integrations strategy from idea inception to final delivery, working with Design and Engineering on product discovery, requirements, and project plans to drive timely execution towards launch 

• Work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure alignment on product strategy and areas of investment, as well as to provide visibility into development status and progress towards milestones 

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams on Go-to-Market plans that provide sales with positioning and key points of differentiation  

• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that development efforts maintain a customer-centric focus and approach 

• Track product performance against KPIs and collect usage analysis and customer feedback to inform product development plans  

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of product management experience with B2B, enterprise or Saas software products; experience focused on platform integrations, APIs, or ecosystem products is a plus. 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. Degree(s) in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics all a plus. 

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Insights 

• Expertise communicating progress at each phase of development as appropriate, including published roadmaps, requirements and other information 

• Ability to manage the big picture combined with strong attention to detail 

• Experience breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development 

• Experience driving initiatives across cross-functional teams in a global environment 

• Strong sense of ownership and desire to drive results 
• The curiosity, humility, and intellectual energy to constantly extend your knowledge
