We are on a mission to revolutionize the management of Chronic Insomnia—one of the most prevalent and underserved health challenges today. ResMed is uniquely positioned to tackle this problem with our cutting-edge AI-driven connected medical device solutions, our deep expertise in clinical science and market access. We are looking for a driven and dynamic Product Manager (PM) to lead this ambitious effort, helping us discover and develop groundbreaking Insomnia solutions that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive all aspects of solution discovery, including market research, scientific and technology analysis and concept ideation
  • Leverage your background in neuroscience to dive deep into the brain science behind Insomnia and sleep, ensuring that our solutions are both scientifically sound and groundbreaking.
  • Facilitate product discovery workshops, user research, and competitive analysis to identify unmet patient needs
  • Provide product leadership for internal and external technical teams and work with them to bring ideas to life
  • Develop business models and commercial go-to-market strategies
  • Develop a scientific-advisory panel, consisting of leading researchers and KOLs, and collaboratively work with them to define the forward direction
  • Engage with startup ecosystems involved in Insomnia management, assessing potential collaboration models that might accelerate our efforts
  • Influence senior leadership and communicate the product vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact

Employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits. This position qualifies for the following benefits package:  comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance, sleep care management, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), commuter benefits, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and tuition assistance. Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

 

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. 

  

Base Pay Range for this position: (US market) 

$130,000 - $180,000
