Introduction to the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with expertise in Web3 technologies, cryptocurrency exchanges, and fintech industries to lead the development and optimization of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful product management, understanding of blockchain and associated technologies, and a passion for creating user-centric financial solutions.
What you’ll do
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
- Understand and analyze user needs and conduct market research to guide product strategy.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver products that align with the company's vision and customer needs.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in Web3 technologies, cryptocurrency exchanges, and fintech to ensure our products remain competitive.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Prioritize features and tasks, managing the backlog and ensuring timely execution of product milestones.
Who will excel?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, with a strong focus on Web3 technologies, fintech, and cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Demonstrated success in launching and growing innovative tech products.
- Understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, decentralised finance (DeFi), and related regulatory environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience is preferred.
- Passionate about fintech innovation and committed to staying at the forefront of technology.
- Should have one of the two attributes: [1] Possess strong B2B experience to significantly contribute to our enterprise B2B and B2B2C offering [2] have extensive B2C experience managing products with a vast user base.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate cross-culture teams.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Manage workloads and teams across multiple countries and timezones.
- Experienced in managing third party stakeholder relation & government relation would be a big plus.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment like Fasset.
